JOB DETAIL

· Cloud Technologies – AWS, Azure etc

· DevOps and CI/CD

· API & Integration

· Core Insurance Platforms

· Exposure to Annuities / Life domain – any experience with handling large initiatives in this domain would be preferred

· Experience in managing Retail Policy Admin system initiatives and large Operational Transformation initiatives

· Experience in Insurance Market Place Integrations – expertise on DTCC Platform / standards, ACORD standards etc.

· Collaborate well various IT areas and Business stakeholders

· Familiarity with database systems, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Datawarehouse, reporting and data analytics tools.

· Understanding data governance principles and compliance regulations (like GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, BASEL II etc), is important.

· These Projects will require a very high-level coordination with data team members on the business side. Effective communication is necessary to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.

· Would be ideal if candidate had experience as both PM and scrum master

· Coach the development team in self-organization.

· Help to remove obstacles to the developers’ progress.

· Facilitate Scrum events (daily standups, other meetings) as needed

· Make sure everyone on the team understands the project’s goals and scope.

· Keeping the project’s stakeholders, up to date on the progress of the team’s projects

· Help the team agree on what they can achieve during each development sprint (or another period).

· Facilitate the daily standup (sometimes called the daily scrum) and helping the team reach a consensus on each of the three questions.

· Help the team continuously make progress on the project by ensuring each person is working on the right tasks, helping to remove any obstacles to the team members’ progress, and protecting the team from distractions.
