· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Experience Cloud and Identity.

· Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, Aura, Flows, and other Salesforce platform features.

· Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, data access, sharing, and security.

· Experience with SFDX Scratch Orgs, Git, and source-driven development.

· Proven experience leading a team of Salesforce developers.

· Ensure the projects deliverables are in align with defined SLAs

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.
