Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Visualforce.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and Salesforce development standards.
Implement and integrate Sales Cloud features, workflows, and automation tools to support sales processes.
Ensure security best practices are embedded in all Salesforce solutions, utilizing Salesforce Shield, OAuth, SAML, and other relevant security frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders (business users, architects, project managers) to gather requirements, assess needs, and design robust, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and integrations with external systems.
Oversee testing (unit, integration, UAT) and manage deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in Salesforce implementations, ensuring the highest levels of system availability and security.
Mentor junior developers and team members, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
