Business Analyst

Knowledge in Insurance annuities concepts
Should be able to understand the upstream and downstream applications integrating with the Policy admin system
Have basic SQL skills to look around data
Excellent communication skills. This will require lot of interactions with clients.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets using SQL to support business decision-making and identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements and objectives.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with business users to understand their needs and provide guidance on process improvements.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge identified gaps in current processes.
Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including testing, training, and change management activities.
Monitor industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant with regulations.
Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals
