3+ years of Python server development using Django, Flask, Bottle, or other Python frameworks.
5+ years of industry experience.
Proficiency in writing unit-tested, maintainable code.
Expertise in developing and working with RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of Python.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS, including traditional EC2 and serverless Lambda), microservices architecture, CI/CD solutions (including Docker), DevOps principles, message queue systems, and background task management.
Familiarity with API security frameworks, token management, and user access control (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL database principles.
Highly organized with a proactive mindset and ability to work with minimal direction.
Team player with a startup/entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and data structures, with the ability to apply them in daily coding scenarios.
Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, ZeroMQ, etc.) and background task processing (Celery, etc.).
Proficiency in configuring containerized environments (Vagrant, Docker, etc.).
Basic understanding of modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Ability to self-organize, handle competing priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team.
