- 6+ years of experience in SailPoint development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Java, XML, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Python.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and governance.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating with cloud applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
