- Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, focusing on system availability, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and infrastructure changes.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee incident response and post-mortem analysis, driving improvements in processes and system reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and production issues.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in the cloud environment.
- Drive infrastructure cost optimization and scaling strategies within AWS.
- Contribute to architectural decisions, reviewing pull requests, and guiding the technical direction of the team.
