Proven experience as a Power BI Analyst or in a similar data visualization role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to translate data findings into actionable insights.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, including but not limited to troubleshooting data-related issues.
Experience with Power BI Service, including workspace management and security settings
Ability to optimize filters, slicers, and drill-through functionalities to improve reporting experiences.
Experience documenting requirements for IT and business solutions that will meet program and user needs.
Experience working in cross-functional teams with business analysts, developers, and data engineers.
Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and other web-based data formats.
Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud-based data platforms.
Experience in automating Power BI reports and embedding them into web applications.
Experience in Agile development and backlogs.
Prior experience working in the Public Sector.
