JOB DETAIL

•    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Lead to oversee and drive the quality assurance strategy for our software products. 
•    The QA Lead will be responsible for leading a team of QA engineers, designing and implementing test processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. 
•    This role requires a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Hands-on experience in functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
•    Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST.
•    Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with table/data validation.
•    Proficiency with tools like JIRA for planning and tracking QA efforts.
•    Expertise in creating and presenting reports to track QA progress including test execution status & metrics.
•    Understanding of key retail operations, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, product life cycle, e-commerce platforms, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
•    Experience working with retail data warehouses, reporting systems, and analytics platforms. Collaboration.
•    Ability to lead onsite and offshore QA teams, providing mentorship and guidance.
•    Strong communication skills to coordinate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
•    Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Sprint/Scrum environments).
•    Expertise in managing and prioritizing defects with cross-functional teams.
