10+ years of experience in data development and solutions in complex environments with large data volumes.

Solid experience with data governance, ensuring the quality and integrity of data for reporting and analytics.
Proven experience working with business users to understand data needs and requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across IT and business teams.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
