- 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
- Proven experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components development.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, process automation, and security settings.
- Solid experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow rules for process automation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Developer Certification (DEV-401/Platform Developer I) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Basic knowledge of SOQL and/or Apex triggers.
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
