A minimum of 6-8 years' experience in IT & hands on Technical Manager in Java/J2EE background including a minimum of 5 years in API (Restful Webservices) and micro services development, using leading methodologies and processes.
Highly preferrable prior experience USAA resource, who understands their Talon skill set
Proficient and technical expertise in Spring framework, Spring boot, Structs, OR equivalent frameworks.
Proven experience in technical project management, technical solution, and planning to wide range across the technology.
Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, React.JS, Redux frameworks.
Proficient with OpenShift/Kubernetes/Docker/ Containers
Professional experience prior working in Agile methodologies & insurance domain exposure.
Hands on experience on AWS platform (EC2, RDS, S3 buckets), expertise in migration of on prem application to cloud environment
