Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and coordinate business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Independently engage stakeholders and users to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Create clear and comprehensive artifacts including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
Utilize MS Visio or Lucidchart to model and document current and future state workflows and business processes.
Validate business processes and proposed solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder needs and align with organizational objectives.
Work with technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood, feasible, and properly implemented.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement traceability using Jira or other Agile tools.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios, reviewing test results, and validating solution functionality.
Support change management and training initiatives by preparing documentation and assisting with communication strategies.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to refine project scope and gather user feedback.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project, including risks, scope changes, and timelines.
