JOB DETAIL

  1. Ensure architectural alignment of solutions built and guide the team on the overall design to ensure solution meets the best practices• Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
  2. Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change DataCapture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL. - Experienced in Salesforce Data migrations with native tools such as Data Loader and 3rd party tools (Informatica, MuleSoft etc.)
  3. Assess and develop high level design requirements and communicate the same with development teams. Assess detailed specifications against design requirements.
  4. Analyze cross-functional business processes, identify alternative solutions, assess feasibility, and recommend new approaches via Salesforce enablement.• Ensure the Salesforce.com technical design aligns to overall enterprise architecture and scales well.
  5. Provide technical delivery oversight to the Brillio team and ensure that enough work is created for two sprints ahead i.e. N-2 backlog is ready as per the capacity defined for POD
  6. Managing stakeholder relationship and will be the first point of contact for any issues & escalation.
  7. Develop and author technical business solutions, product presentations, and demonstrations.
  8. Assist in collecting the requirements, grooming the backlog.
  9. Reviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature set
  10. Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the customer’s business requirements.
  11. Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer. Identify technical issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
  12. Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
  13. Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery
  14. Have proved capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.
