SailPoint Implementation:

• Install, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityNow and related identity governance tools.

• Implement identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes to manage user lifecycle effectively.

Development & Customization:

• Develop and customize SailPoint rules, workflows, and connectors to meet business requirements.

• Create and manage access governance features such as role management, SOD policies, and approval workflows.

Integration & Automation:

• Integrate SailPoint with external systems using OOTB connectors (AD, JDBC, Web Services) and explore new connectors via SailPoint Compass.

• Automate identity management tasks using SailPoint APIs, Postman, and SailPoint plugins in Visual Studio Code.

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to IAM, audit, and compliance reporting.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for SailPoint solutions.

Testing & Reporting:

• Design and execute test cases and plans for SailPoint implementations to ensure optimal performance.

• Generate detailed reports based on search queries in IdentityNow to support audit and compliance requirements.

Support & Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SailPoint environments.

• Ensure the IAM system is compliant with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
