Business Analysis Salesforce

Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange applications.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
