·         Strong technical expertise in ETL concepts and tools: Deep understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques, proficiency in at least one major ETL tool. 

·         Database knowledge: Expertise in SQL querying and database design (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL). 

·         Programming skills: Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) can be beneficial. 

·         Data warehousing knowledge: Understanding of data warehouse architecture and data modeling concepts. 

·         Project management skills: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex ETL projects. 

·         Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
