- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a database QA Engineer in Data Warehousing, reporting and analytics environments
- Working experience in all aspects of testing: functional, system, integration, performance
- Expertise in working with Linux environments
- Experience with cloud-based tools such as Snowflake
- Experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Python (Java or JavaScript experience in a data context is ok)
- Understanding of ETL processes
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker
- Expertise in database platforms such as RDBMS or NOSQL platforms
- Expert level knowledge of SQL and it’s variants such as HiveQL, SparkSQL a plus
- BS/MS in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience
