JOB DETAIL

  • Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow
  • Build and maintain a reliable, accurate CMDB through automated discovery and service mapping
  • Configure and optimize ITOM processes (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, support production environments, and propose long-term solutions
  • Review team code and ensure development best practices and standards
  • Stay current with new ServiceNow features and help implement upgrades and platform enhancements
  • Provide mentorship to junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment
