6-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and planning processes, particularly within SAP APO/PPDS.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA PPDS, purchase/production orders, and demand management processes.
Proficient in demand planning, Supply Network Planning (SNP), PPDS functional, and data management.
Experience in managing and clearing open POs between manufacturing and warehouse.
Solid experience in data analysis, ensuring the accuracy of demand signals and reports.
Strong knowledge of change management, deviation management, and periodic reviews.
Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including scoping, planning, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Experience in maintaining data integrity and following good documentation practices throughout job tasks.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application to continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with local and global teams.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple competing priorities.
