JOB DETAIL

Looking for Scrum Masters who have experienced leading multiple teams (max 3 per Scrum master) on a scal ed agile program. Will need to work with the team in adopting and establishing SAFe best practices (ceremonies, sprint metrics, coaching teams, partnership with peer scrum masters, IT, and the business). Should be able to work with Production Owners / Managers to maintaining healthy product backlog, run day to day scrum activities, identify and any impedements, identify dependencies with in and external teams and coordinate to complete the work.
