JOB DETAIL

  • This role requires expertise in Workday, including but not limited to, business processes, calculated fields, and compensation structures (grade profiles, salary plans, allowances, bonuses, eligibility rules, and compensation packages).
  • It also involves data conversion, benefits administration, and report writing (standard, matrix, advanced, and trending reports), as well as working with custom business objects.
  • Key technical skills include payroll, time tracking, attendance management, inbound/outbound EIBs, and custom integrations.
  • Additionally, experience in event management, release management, self-service configuration, and security (security groups, domain security policies, and functional area security policies) is necessary.
  • The role also involves managing different Workday environments, including implementation, sandbox, and production tenants.
