1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
2. Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
3. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Helm).
4. Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
5. Strong knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) principles and tools.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
7. Proven experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, IAM).
8. Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., ELK stack, CloudWatch, Grafana).
9. Solid understanding of networking, security groups, IAM roles, and VPC configurations.
10. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
11. Knowledge of configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
12. Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
13. Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and cloud security is a plus.
