Technical Expertise:
- Provide subject matter expertise in SCM-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
- Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities.
- Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence.
- Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance system functionality.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Deloitte consultants to implement solutions effectively.
- Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions.
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving and Optimization:
- Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Training Development workstream.
- Proactively propose improvements to existing processes and configurations.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases.
