? Bachelor?s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.? Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role.? Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange applications.? Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Business Analyst certification is a plus.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.? Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business processes.? Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.? Experience with Agile methodologies.? Experience with project management tools such as JIRA
