JOB DETAIL

Captures customers’ and service providers' ServiceNow requirements into stories, helps to solution the approach, and support the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers

Collaboration in designing, developing, and working with IT processes, conducting research, and performing analysis required to build respective modules within the ServiceNow Platform

 Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures and supports the creation of ServiceNow solutions

  • Construction of agile stories and tests configured functionalities end to end as soon as they have been developed
  • Supports and creates project documentation
  • Assis in the development and delivery of ServiceNow related training which can include hosting live training sessions and issuing training documentation from Train the Trainer to training support staff
  • Assists delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers on the ServiceNow Platform
  • Develops strong business cases and ROI calculations to justify and measure the business value delivered by enhancements on the ServiceNow platform
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, automation, optimization, or quality improvements.
  • Helps negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders, such as clients and internal team members
  • Other duties as assigned
