Technical Leadership:

• Define and implement ETL architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Select and manage ETL tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica, SAP BODS, Tableau, Unix, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Monitor and optimize ETL job performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Oversee data quality checks and validation processes throughout the ETL pipeline.

Project Management:

• Lead ETL projects from initiation to deployment, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for ETL initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data analysts, business users, database administrators) to ensure data integration needs are met.

Team Management:

• Mentor and guide ETL developers on technical best practices and problem-solving.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Recruit and hire new ETL developers as needed.

Data Governance:

• Establish data quality standards and metrics to monitor data integrity.
• Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive information.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
