•            5+ Years of recent Project Management experience.

•            3+ years of RFS and RFP experience handling multiple vendors.

•            Experience delivering $10 million+ projects highly desired.

•            3+ Years of Azure Dev Ops experience.

•            3+ Years of Clarity experience or other PM tools.

•            Documented experience managing an IT project(s) in a large, complex, enterprise-governed IT environment.

•            Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Resource will need to be proactive with their communication and have solid critical thinking skills.

•            Must be collaborative, open-minded, and willing to adapt to the state’s processes. Will work closely with Program and Portfolio Managers and must be open to additional leaderships oversight.

•            Possession of a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification highly desired.

•            5+ Years of Agile Experience highly desired.
