•             Design and build feature sets for existing applications, enhancing integrations and upgrading our business application portfolio

•             Lead architectural design and technical strategy for Optimizely integration projects, adhering to best practices and industry standards

•             Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software implementations, recommending improvements and optimizations

•             Oversee integration with internal and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation

•             Implement continuous integration practices for deploying code

•             Work with our primary tech stack: C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure, and GitHub

•             Collaborate with IT and Business groups, demonstrating a service mindset and excellent communication skills

•             Guide and mentor development teams in implementing software solutions according to architectural guidelines and coding standards

•             Stay up-to-date with the latest Optimizely features and capabilities

•             Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations in collaboration with data management teams

•             Manage the overall health and performance of integrated Optimizely applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues

•             Provide technical leadership in evaluating, selecting, and implementing complementary technologies

•             Contribute to the development of a long-term Optimizely roadmap aligned with organizational strategic objectives
