Candidate should have 8 years+ experience.

3+ years of experience in providing advanced support for data related incidents, performs root cause analysis and implements long term solutions.

Collaborate with cross- functional teams ( Data Engineers, analysts, business units ) to resolve critical issues.

Experience in utilising rocketing tools like Zira, ServiceNow, Zendesk etc. to manage and track incidents, requests and changes effectively.
