You will provide coordination on complex systems enhancement projects, utilizing skills that require an understanding of complex business processes and requirements.
- Perform business and system analysis and utilize system designs to create detailed programming specifications or to resolve issues in an Agile environment.
- Work with engineering/developer teams during the development cycle to provide overview of business requirements, answer questions and make engineering process as efficient as possible.
- Understand tools and databases used by PGIM Real Estate to perform detailed analysis and to ensure business designs not only meet business requirements but fit within PGIM Real Estate and Prudential technology standards.
- Create user stories and create user stories that meet Definition of Ready .
- Lead design reviews, refinement and estimation meetings needed to meet Definition of Ready .
- 5+ years of experience with business information systems experience (e.g., technology product ownership, business analysis, product management, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, etc.)
- Experience in user requirements gathering including business process mapping.
- In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, design tools (such as Figma or Adobe XD), and project management tools (such as Jira or Confluence)
- Experience in the Commercial Real Estate or Financial Industry
