o            Hands on experience doing analysis, coding, and debugging Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate etc.

o            Knowledge of or experience with Kafka 

o            Experience managing applications in a cloud environment (Azure, Google, Amazon Web Services)

o            Experience working in an Agile environment 

o            Experience with cloud technologies such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

o            Experience with automated deployment CI/CD tools like (Jenkins, Gradle, UDeploy)

o            Experience with “test” centric development methodologies including Test Driven Development (TDD) & Behavior Driven Development (BDD)

o            Knowledge and understanding of Camunda is a plus

o            Knowledge of NoSQL databases (ex. MongoDB) is a plus

o            Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

o            Familiarity with financial services technologies and banking processes (originations, application, approval, fulfillment and closing)
