•    Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
•    Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved
•    Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts
•    Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes
•    Map current and future business processes
•    Work with the business to create UAT test cases and success criteria for solutions and enhancements
•    Facilitate UAT testing for Salesforce functionality roll-outs
•    Prioritize Business requests and negotiate with the business on competing requirements
•    Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to architect technology solutions
•    Develop insights from Salesforce data and dashboards
•    Extract insights from large data sets and communicate recommendations to varied audiences
•    Co-own and support end-to-end development of data quality workflows
•    Develop a deep understanding of the business and connect the dots between teams
•    Collaborate with Monetization Partnerships leaders on key business initiatives and projects
•    Manage database updates based on stakeholder requests
