Serve as a technical resource for the NetSuite implementation project providing guidance and input to the Radio Flyer technical lead
Translate our business requirements into scalable NetSuite architecture and technical solutions.
Design customizations, workflows, scripts (SuiteScript 2.0), and integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., EDI, Shopify, ShipHawk WMS, PowerBi Data Warehouse).
Collaborate with the implementation partner and Radio Flyer IT.
Review and optimize NetSuite configurations for performance, scalability, and supportability.
Develop custom solutions where native functionality falls short.
Create technical documentation and transfer knowledge to Radio Flyer IT team.
Troubleshoot issues during UAT with implementation partner and Radio Flyer IT team to ensure smooth cutover and post-go-live support.
