MDHS PMO is currently seeking one (1) individual to work with the MDHS SUCCESS PMO team to act as the primary Business Analyst (BA) in support of the business area SME teams on the SUCCESS Project with the Design Development Integration (DDI) vendor. This individual will be responsible for Business Analyst duties related to defining requirements, managing work backlogs, setting work priorities, overseeing IT development stages related to planning, designing, testing, approval, and implementation of SUCCESS platform modules. The candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes. Advanced experience with requirements management, Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc…), development,

and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. Candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
