1) Strong expertise in SQL, relational databases, and data modeling (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

2) Proficiency in Power BI report and dashboard development, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and performance optimization for large datasets.

3) Hands-on experience with ETL tools: Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, SSIS.

4) Ability to design and implement data warehouse models (star, snowflake schemas, dimension hierarchies).

5) Skilled in data integration, data transformation, and ensuring data quality and consistency.

6) Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Shell, etc.) for ETL automation and data manipulation. 7) Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture, including data lakes, marts, and staging.

8) Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance for handling sensitive data.

9) Ability to optimize query performance, indexing, and partitioning strategies.

10) Strong communication skills to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights through user-friendly Power BI reports with row-level security and interactive visuals.
