- Lead requirements gathering and user needs discovery for system enhancements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements align with technical solutions.
- Manage and refine the product backlog, ensuring user stories meet the “Definition of Ready.”
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, etc.).
- Support UAT testing, training efforts, and go-live activities.
- Ensure alignment with PGIM Real Estate’s technology standards and best practices.
