·       Acquire and continuously maintain knowledge of  Customer Experience and Success priorities and objectives in alignment with and advancement of DCS project goals and objectives

·       Lead a team of Engineers who work on power platform solutions

·       Participate and contribute to Digital Customer Success Strategy definition with primary responsibility for execution of stated strategy

·       Manage metrics requirements with Principal PM working closely with technical Team to explain the requirement developing Tech specs and BRDs reviewing the metrics deliverables before passing to PMs

·       Assist FTE Principal PM with metric requirements Field Escalations research and development prioritization

·       Translate business requirements to work with technical team with proposed business scenarios solutions on agreement from stakeholders that aligns with the business strategy

·       Manage the Module deliverable with technical Lead to ensure module release on the required date within the approved scope

·       In partnership with various metrics actively manage assumptions dependencies risks issues and potential impacts and facilitates the development of appropriate mitigation actions

·       Provide accurate timely and fit for purpose programs and or project status reports using established norms

·       Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners

·       Coordinate and communicate between business users balancing requirements and resources to solve business problems

·       Ability to build tabular and or visualization reports as needed

·       Work closely with technical team to document business processes

·       Identify key dependencies and requirements needed from cross functional teams to drive stated outcomes

·       Work with other peers and stakeholders engaged in DCS programs to identify risks and opportunities within and across multiple projects
