Use strongorganizational skills to track onboarding & shipping activities based oncustomer requests.

Follow assetmanagement processes to ensure proper customer billing

Documentwork activities in ServiceNow

Testing Intuneprocesses for Tier 3 team & providing feedback

Testupgrades and software changes

Installsoftware following security & internal processes

Troubleshootcustomer issues

Provideinstruction while troubleshooting for remote customers

Assist withdeveloping team processes & knowledge base

Basicunderstanding of MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, & Beyond Trust

Work withvendors on warranty cases

Collaboratewith internal teams on technical issues

Work onspecial projects as needed
