JOB DETAIL

10+ years in ServiceNow platform, 5+ years in CMDB/CSDM.

Mastery of CSDM 5.0 framework and ServiceNow platform architecture.

Deep knowledge of IRE, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Experience driving CMDB programs across multiple business units or geographies.

Experience with ServiceNow Platform upgrades, data migration, SNOW and performance tuning.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Workflows, and Custom Applications.

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting (Client Script, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.).

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Additional certifications (e.g., CAD, ITSM, Discovery, IntegrationHub) preferred.
