Project Manager

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
[Number] years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile environment.
[Number] years of experience as a Release Train Manager or in a similar agile leadership role.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in an agile setting.
Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Must be located in the Dallas, TX area.
