Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, Computer Science, or any other relevant field? At least 2 years? experience in creating documentation or training for engineers, administrators, IT professionals, or other highly technical audiences.? Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of modelling tools such as Signavio, draw.io , Microsoft Visio? Knowledge of SAP on-premise and cloud solutions? Knowledge of Cloud computing and cloud infrastructure fundamentals will be a plus? Excellent verbal and written communication in English? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products e.g. PowerPoint? Should have structured approach to problem resolution? Ability to work in multiple parallel assignments? Knowledge of SAP Modelling standards such as TAM (Technical architecture modelling) will be a plus
