- 5+ years of project management experience with successful Maximo related projects
- Direct hands-on experience with Maximo asset management software
- Proven delivery of technology projects across diverse business units in large organizations
- Proficiency in managing functional and technical teams spanning multiple countries and time zones
- Skilled in overseeing contract deliverables, ensuring quality, and enforcing standards
- Expertise in progress tracking, risk reporting, risk management, issue resolution, time management, and planning
- Familiarity with Organizational Change Management and integrating EAM technology solutions into complex enterprise environments
- Strong communication (written & verbal), negotiation, and diplomacy skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must 
- Previous success in mobile-related projects is desirable
