Collaborate with business process teams in CRM, ERP, HR, and Risk Management to gather and analyze data requirements
Develop, update, and maintain global data models at both conceptual and logical levels
Create and manage a global data glossary and data dictionary to ensure consistent understanding of data
Work with international teams to integrate data models across platforms using technologies such as Salesforce, S4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Microsoft
Ensure data models adhere to organizational standards and best practices in data governance and quality
Facilitate workshops and discussions with business stakeholders to align on data definitions and requirements
Support data integration efforts and ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems
Provide expertise and guidance to data stewards, architects, and other stakeholders involved in data management initiatives
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging data modeling technologies
