• 3+ years in data center or office infrastructure design
• Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Fluke test results (copper + fiber)
• Familiarity with TIA cabling standards and CommScope systems
• Understanding of cooling systems for computer rooms
• Written AutoLISP scripts
• Used DCIM tools (Sunbird dcTrack is a plus)
• Got RCDD, CDCP, CDCD(P), or CDCEP certs

Role Overview:

You’ll design physical infrastructure for data centers and office spaces. That includes floor plans, equipment layouts, and power/cooling systems aligned with ASHRAE 9.9 standards.

Run audits, document existing setups, and maintain "as-built" drawings.

On the connectivity side, you’ll handle structured cabling using TIA standards and CommScope Systimax, covering everything from server racks to workstations and wireless access points.

You’ll be responsible for clean cable management and labeling.

Produce CAD and PDF documentation, track build progress against specs, and update internal standards as the industry evolves.

You’ll work directly with project teams to scope work, flag design issues, and keep things on budget and on time.
