Business Systems Analyst

Strong product knowledge of Equity Derivatives, Structured Equities, and ACDC products — with specific experience supporting Accumulator / Decumulator structured products.
Proven experience as a Technical Business Systems Analyst or Product Analyst within a capital markets or financial technology environment.
Expertise in creating technical documentation — including architecture diagrams, process flows, and system interaction models.
Experience leading and managing End-to-End Testing Strategy and Execution across complex trading environments.
Familiarity with architecture triage processes, defect management, and production support best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to bridge technology and business teams effectively.
Experience working within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Structured Products Technology teams.
Familiarity with Equities front-to-back trade lifecycle and operational processes.
Experience working in Agile environments using collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
