1.       5+ years of experience building on Salesforce platform

2.       Hands-on experience defining system architecture, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes

3.       Functional knowledge of data integration tools and data flow

4.       Experience or knowledge integrating Salesforce with different business systems and APIs

5.       Hands on experience in developing and configuring reports, custom reports, report folders, report extractions, dashboards for different user profiles based on requirements

6.       Experience with standard Salesforce reporting and dashboards

7.       Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and the ability to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required

8.       Experience authoring requirements, definition, design, and other related project and system documentation

9.       Able to run Backlog grooming sessions and training for business users

10.     Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

13.     experience in customizing the User Interface of Salesforce CRM using Apex Programming, Custom Controllers, Visual Force, CSS and JavaScript

14.     Experience with security and Sharing rules implementation at object, field, and record level for different levels of organization and also SSO set up

15.     Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

16.     Experience with Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
