•             Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes, workflows

•             ServiceNow platform scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), REST and SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow development tools

•             Creating, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.

•             Create and configure functional data such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements.

•             Work with the customer to ensure the configuration of ServiceNow meets their overall requirements including drafting technically focused user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer.
