Requite to have 8 years as a BA with 3 years of experience T-SQL.
Required to have done conducting business, code and/or systems analysis
Expertise in T-SQL, with an ability to understand and analyze T-SQL code
Perform the role of a Programmer Analyst with a strong understanding of T-SQL,
Experience with client focused requirements analysis with excellent Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Skills.
Experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business, code and/or systems analysis, elicitation, and validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation, and creating/validating test scripts.
Experience actively working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project Managers, Technical Teams, and other Business Analysts.
Experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating As-Is and To-Be processes and requirements.
Must be able to take part in elicitation sessions and capture requirements and action items.
Must be able to convert elicitation outputs into analysis artifacts - business process diagrams, use cases, requirements, UML diagrams, system context diagrams, etc.
Must be able to work with data team to write data requirements.
Must be able to track all requirements' activities to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Familiarity with SDLC methodologies both Waterfall and Agile.
Technologies: SQL Server, Expertise in T-SQL, with an ability to understand and analyze T-SQL code, Application Lifecycle Management systems, JIRA, Power BI.
