Proactive and results-driven individual who can gain the respect of the engineers and demonstrate daily progress. Need to be able to take the reins and drive the project, reporting progress to leadership regularly.
Well versed in Active Directory and large-scale project deployments.
Experience with SharePoint and Excel based tracking and reporting - Can produce project reports that demonstrate status and forecast project trends, burndown metrics and charts.
Strong communicator - Can leverage data and metrics to tell the story of how the project is progressing and where help is needed, speaks logically to senior leaders, clearly articulates processes and requirements to application managers.
